Subject: BLESSINGS BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN CHRIST! I AM IN CALIFORNIA
To: mailbox@ourdivinemercy.info

Good Morning Dear Ones:

I first heard Stanley in 1995 in Santa Maria,
California.  Yes, there was heat emanating off of the Image Of Divine
Mercythat week-end. It was a marvelous retreat.  I have loved and prayed
the Chaplet for many years.  But in 2006, I was up In San Francisco for my
Grandaughter's very serious burn surgery...She was sixteen months old at the
time and had fallen into a fire pit in the mountains in Northern California and
down in the pit the coals were still burning.  When her mother found her,
her arm and hand were melted!  She was flown out by Angel Flight and ended
up in St. Francis Hospital with the head doctor considering amputating her
arm!  Meanwhile, I was praying with family and friends for a much different
outcome.  My poor daughter, Kimberly was laying in the intensive care burn
center with darling Mirianna and had left four other children at home with their
father.  I flew up the day of the first major surgery and grabbed a copy of
Signs and Wonders Magazine and threw it into my suitcase.  My flight alone
could be a testimony of a spiritual battle to get to the Mirianna's side
with blessed oil and support and prayers, but I will be as brief as
possible.  I had prayed on the entire flight, then I went to the hospital
and just made it for the major surgery.  My daughter and I got to pray over
her together and then prayed the rosary and the chaplet while they
operated.  Then when I got to my room, I dropped off to sleep and arose
very early to pray before going back to the hospital. I still am amazed
that I took that magazine with me. After I prayed that morning, I opened up
Vol. 12 No. 3 Winter 2000/2001 with a picture of the Divine Mercy on the
front.  I opened to page 12 to read the story again about Stanley for
strenght, and the whole bedroom filled with the scent of roses coming out of the
magazine!  I was astonished!  I hurried up to the hospital to tell my
daughter but there was too much going on in the room with Mirianna and nurses,
so my daughter asked me to tell her when it was quiet what happened to me.
Later that afternoon, Kimberly said to me, "  Mom, what was it you wanted
to share with me, you can tell me now."  I got on the hospital bed with the
magazine and I opened it to the same article to share it with her and the roses
then filled the hospital room!  My daughter cried as we sat with
Mirianna.  I was over joyed.  I knew then that Jesus of Divine Mercy
was going to bring this little sixteen month old through it all.  Today
Mirianna is six years old.  She is having her last surgery, which will be
orthopedic to correct problems with her baby finger.  She writes and draws
beautifully with both hands!  She excels in school in every way.  She
is loved by everyone.  She has a very burned arm, but it is fading with
time.  She kept her arm and hand.  She will be a great witness for
Jesus with burn victims someday.  She is a wonderful artist.  The Lord
gave the sign, through HIS DIVINE MERCY IMAGE in the magazine with the amazing
scent of roses, not once, but twice.  Thank you for reading our
story.  I have shared this with Stanley at the Gospa House in Los
Angeles, where they had me give the talk and Stanley was in the front row and
smiled and smiled all through the talk.  May The Divine Mercy of Jesus be
with all of us

Always, Teresa Brownlee

Montana USA, Divine Mercy Itinerary Update 1

here is Bro. Stanley's itinerary for Montana.

Littleness is a realization of one's limited power
And a realization of God's unlimited power.
Littleness is not a size or an age:
It is a virtue, a lifestyle.

Littleness is the wisdom to avoid wickedness.
Littleness is daring to grow up,
And it is accepting life on life's terms.
It is surrendering our limited power
To God's unlimited power.
Littleness is detachment from possessions,

A joyful surrender of attachments,
And total dependency on God.

God's miracle for Lionel

Subject: God's miracle for Lionel

Many of my dearest friends have sent messages and expressed their surprise and concern because I have been unable to reply to their numerous messages and have not been online for quite  a while (since June to be exact).

I want to share with you what happened.
Lionel complained of discomfort in his right eye on June 10. I was very concerned because this was the same eye that was operated on for detached retina a few years back. I was overcome with worry when I saw that his eye was red and protruding. We rushed to the hospital and his retina specialist confirmed the protrusion but declared his retina and outer eye were normal. He underwent blood test that ruled out thyroid  issues.

We needed to go to an orbit specialist and undergo brain and eye CT Scan to see behind the eye and inside the brain.
Things were going from bad to worse as I watched Lionel undergo simple physical test which he could not do. The doctor would ask him to roll his eyes upward, downward, sidewards. Lionel was not able to perform these simplest of tasks. His right eye simply would not move . I wanted to shout at him to move that goddamn eye!

His CT scan showed a tumor behind the eye that was as big as his eyeball already ( We had the film but the reading was to be released the next day). I asked the doctors the same questions over and over again, begging  them to tell me that this was certainly not life threatening. I was looking for assurance that this was nothing extra ordinary but got a repeated " we do not know, we cannot rule out anything because only a biopsy will tell us what it is ". All of us were trying to evade saying the dreaded word.

I immediately texted my Divine Mercy family and luckily, Bro. Stanley was to give a talk that night. We went to Magallanes to listen to the talk and the veneration. It was very very important to me to be able to pray to the Divine Mercy because of the answered prayers we have already received since we began our devotion. Full of hope and prayer, we went and found hope in God's mercy.

The next day, we brought the official report to our doctor. The result only confirmed the grim diagnosis, however, Lionel's eye already showed improvement after our Divine Mercy encounter (the protrusion was measured and showed a decrease and he was able to move his eyes more, just after a day) even without any medications.

The next day, Fr. Fernando Suarez was also scheduled to celebrate a healing mass in our son's school, which we also attended. He advised us to pray repeatedly in a day, which we did religiously.
On our 3rd consecutive day at the doctor's office, Lionel was told to take steroids and pray for the best. Lionel also started to drink Chinese medicine.

Throughout  this ordeal, we did nothing else but pray the Divine mercy chaplet  and the rosary every 3am and 3pm. Trips to Our Lady of Manaoag and La paz, Tarlac were made more frequent. We also asked the help of our Divine Mercy family ,Fr. Kevin, Fr. Efren, Sr. Racquel Reodica and the Pink Sisters in New Manila to help us bombard the gates of heaven with prayers.  My sister-in-law, Kathe, out of great concern and love for her brother would go to Quiapo regularly . Her daughter Kay would offer novenas to St.Jude every Thursday for her uncle.

On September 8 , Lionel underwent a second CT Scan that will determine the next course of action. We were given 2 scenarios (1) if the tumor decreased in size due to the steroids, we will observe and wait (2) if the tumor stayed the same or grew bigger, an operation will be scheduled. They will have to cut through the side of the skull to get it and pray its benign.

Bro. Stanley told me to pray for it's complete healing and for the tumor to disappear, not merely for it to shrink. I was afraid to pray for that because it seemed such a long shot for it to completely disappear, but I found strength in knowing Bro. Stanley, Trisha, Teresa, Lea, Beng, Ate Joy and the Pink sisters were praying for Lionel as well. I figured, I might as well aim high and claim our miracle. There is nothing impossible with our God anyway. Our requests are limited only by our lack of faith that God will literally move heaven and earth just to make us realize our great need for Him and His presence in our lives.

On Mama Mary's birthday, I told Jesus, let Lionel's healing be Your gift to Mama Mary because Our Lady of Manaoag , Our Lady of Lourdes  and recently Our Lady of La Paz in Tarlac, have always played a vital role in our life.

On September 11, with Lionel's CT Scan film on hand we went to his doctor ( again the official result is yet to be released). There is no need for surgery because the tumor DISAPPEARED.  Didn't the Lord say "My grace is sufficient for you, My strength is perfected in your weakness".

The greatest lesson my family learned : never ever question nor be timid in making grand prayer requests to the Divine Mercy through the intercession of Mama Mary, St. Joseph ,Padre Pio and ST. Filomena and our guardian angels. Regularly offer mass and pray for the souls in purgatory and pray for your friends, family and enemies without their knowledge because truly praying for another's well being is so powerful. It is the best gift we can give each other because we put their concerns before ours.

Put your trust in Jesus and believe He loves you. Never doubt His love for you and never doubt that our is a LIVING GOD. We may not know what tomorrow holds, but we know Who holds tomorrow.
Yours in Christ,

Ting family
